and Nicole Langlois, Team Nanaimo's Treasurer, celebrate in Maffeo-Sutton Park.
Nanaimo celebrates both the arrival of the torch and Halloween.
Featured are an chainsaw-wielding villain with Nanaimo Mayor John Ruttan
and Joanne Hogan, who demonstrate their Nanaimo pride
by waving their souvenir torches.
Double Paralympic gold metal winner Michelle Stilwell torch bearer ends Day 2's torch trek by lighting the cauldron at Spirit Square in Maffeo-Sutton Park.
